Our goal here is to be welcoming to all teens with PMDD and everyone who cares about them. If you see a way we can do this better (or just anyway we could be better in general) then please let us know. We'd love to hear from you!
Lastly, thank you NAPMDD for recognizing us as a resource for teens with PMDD. Sorry it's been so long since we last posted. (Over a month! Yeesh!) This site will still be here for reference and information, but we've shifted most of the day-to-day blogging and updates to Facebook. You can check out our page at https://www.facebook.com/pages/Teen-PMDD/391382864393390?sk=timeline. Seriously, check it out!
We also have a tumblr but we're pretty bad about updating that too :/ If you're on tumblr and have any recommendations for PMDD or inspirational blogs put them below or in our contact form. Part of our problem with tumblr has been that the focus is on reblogging other people's stuff but there doesn't seem to be much of a PMDD community on it to work with. Let us know if there's any social media you wish that we were on.
Anger and irritability can be symptoms of PMDD and are probably the most infamous part of PMS.
